Gyachi is a Linux base alternative to Yahoo Messenger and Its the only one I know that has webcam support. Unfortunately, Yahoo did it again and change the login protocol leaving Linux users out in cold.
However theres a workaround. Change the server to cn.scs.msg.yahoo.com and It will work fine.
